Leonarda Ķestere-Kļaviņa has so much energy that she could never contain herself just in the context of "MRS Grupa". Leonarda has directed a number of projects with extensive public resonance - Latvia’s project in Weimar as the cultural capital city of Europe, the "Forte Rīga Classic" festival, the Latvian National Opera productions of "Bird Opera" and "Alice", a production of "Jakob Lentz" in collaboration with the Goethe Institute in Rīga, a production of "Īkstīte" with the Daile Theatre in Rīga, etc. Thanks to her, the Latvian Culture Ministry is a co-operation partner for "MRS Grupa".

Leonarda received a master’s degree from the business school of the City University in London. She is an actress who has appeared on stage and film. She teaches cultural management at the Latvian Academy of Culture and is a board member of the "Alumni Britanniae" organisation of people who have studied in Britain. She is an incorrigible Anglophile.
