Some companies develop much more rapidly than the market. The MRS Group increased turnover by 112% in 2003, compared to the previous year. Other companies which have seen significant growth in turnover include the McCann Erickson Riga public relations firm (92%) and the Communications Agency (87%). Silvestrs Savickis, business strategy director for the MRS Group, stresses that the main reason why the company has increased its financial indicators is the work and professionalism of the agency’s employees. Growth in MRS Group turnover was also facilitated by restructuring of the business which took place in 2002.
