Socio-political relations

Relations with the government

The work of any organisation or company will be directly influenced by existing law. Norms are often approved without the participation of those who will be affected by them - businesspeople. That is why it is important to become involved in the decision making processes that are of importance to the company’s business sector. We offer expertise in the field of political communications and the establishment of contacts. We can help in organising meetings with decision makers and opinion leaders in Parliament, in the government and in public organisations, the aim being to achieve the taking of decisions which favour the development of the organisation or the business, as well as the approval of acceptable norms. The MRS Group regularly monitors the political environment, and that allows our clients to be properly and fully informed at all times.

Diplomatic communications

The world is not homogeneous in terms of ethnicity, culture and tradition. Countries are larger or smaller, they have greater or lesser influence and interests. Foreign embassies in Rīga and the diplomats who work therein represent the interests of their countries in Latvia. Diplomats are professionals, but they can never have enough local expertise, understanding and contacts in the country where they work. MRS Group specialists include former diplomats and government advisors, and so we offer consultations to foreign diplomatic entities, helping them to defend the rights of their own governments in Latvia’s socio-political environment.

Project management and public education campaigns

Given its expertise in socio-political relations and understanding of political processes, the MRS Group can elaborate and implement educational campaigns for specific target audiences, politicians and decision makers. The projects and campaigns which the MRS Group has designed in the past have achieved much response in the mass media, helping our clients to achieve their goals.
